Lending & reports

Turn bank data into underwriting: Plaid Check consumer reports, bank or payroll income, Asset Reports and bank statements.

Applicant flow

1. Enable Plaid Check (Consumer Report) for your team and switch on Settings → Lending.
2. Choose report products (cra_base_report, cra_income_insights…), the permissible purpose and the steps.
3. Add [bankbridge_apply] to a page. Applicants consent, confirm identity and connect a bank.
4. Reports appear in BankBridge → Lending & Reports for users with the bankbridge_view_reports capability.

Asset Reports and statements

From a connection’s drawer in BankBridge → Connections, create an Asset Report (and download its PDF) or list and download bank statements. See the real Sandbox sample statement and asset report.

Income

income_mode = bank or payroll adds Plaid Income to the flow; results arrive by webhook.
