Pay once
A one-time ACH debit through Plaid Transfer: choose an account, accept the ACH authorization (mandate) and pay. The exact authorization text, time and IP are stored with the transfer.
How to test
- Log in (payments always require an account unless guest bank payments are enabled).
- Connect a bank in the form if you have none — In Plaid Link choose First Platypus Bank and sign in with
user_good/pass_good. - Pick a checking or savings account, tick I authorize this debit and click Authorize payment.
- A receipt shows the transfer ID and status pending.
- In wp-admin → BankBridge → Transfers, use Simulate… on the row to move it to posted → settled, or returned to test a failure.
Only depository checking/savings accounts can be debited. To test a decline, create a connection with the Low balance checking preset in the Sandbox Toolkit and pay from it with Signal enabled.
