Identity Match
Identity Match compares what the customer types with the account-holder data their bank has on file and returns a score for each field.
How to test
- Log in and make sure you have a connected bank (Connect a bank).
- Enter the Sandbox account holder exactly: Alberta Bobbeth Charleson,
accountholder0@example.com,1112223333, 2992 Cameron Road, Malakoff, NY 14236. - Click Check match — you get a score per field and an overall pass.
- Change the name to someone else and check again to see the scores drop and the result fail.
The overall score is the average of the best per-field scores; 70 or more passes (filter bankbridge_identity_match_threshold). A pass counts for the identity_match access requirement.
