Log in with user_good and password error_<CODE>, for example error_ITEM_LOCKED, error_INVALID_CREDENTIALS, error_INSTITUTION_NOT_RESPONDING, error_NO_ACCOUNTS, error_INVALID_MFA, error_USER_SETUP_REQUIRED. Not available at OAuth institutions.

Changing any value makes the data check fail. Documents are always treated as genuine in Sandbox and selfie checks don’t run. Identity Verification must be enabled for your team (Dashboard → Enable Sandbox).
Returning-user phone numbers
In the BankBridge Sandbox Toolkit, Link can be opened as a returning user: phone 415-555-0011, code 123456 (two saved institutions). The toolkit’s Sandbox profiles list more personas.
